Community Demo: Tomato Canning

Join Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, owner and founder of Preserved, for a demo on how to can whole, crushed and “sauced” summer tomatoes! We’ll discuss the best tomato varieties to preserve and our favorite ways to prep the tomatoes. Then we’ll demonstrate how to can them safely in a water bath. Overcome your fears around canning and learn to preserve the best of the season with us!
